Como Engineers provided electrowinning and carbon regeneration equipment for the Gruyere Gold Project Joint Venture. This included a 1,500 kg/h Carbon Regeneration Kiln, made by Custom Furnaces, who Como are proud to represent in Australia. This kiln is the largest fuel-fired horizontal rotary kiln Custom Furnaces have made to date and is the third to be installed at a Goldfields mine site in WA.

Como also supplied 6 off 800x800x12 electrowinning cells, fume extraction systems and other goldroom equipment. These specialist equipment items have been designed by Como specifically for the gold industry, and are fabricated in our North Fremantle  premises. The Gruyere project is a large greenfields gold project in Western Australia, targeting 300,000 ounces per annum  production and first pour in June 2019.
