Ruari McKnight (Manager Brazil) for Cabral Gold travelled to Como Engineers Perth workshop to meet with Stewart Gillam (Project Manager) to receive an update on the progress of the Cuiú Cuiú 2 Tonne Pressure Zadra plant.

Cabral Gold are developing Cuiú Cuiú as a heap leaching operation with annual treatment of 1,000,000 tonnes per annum.  The Pre Feasibility Study (PFS) released earlier this year reports a mine life of over 6 years with a life of mine gold production of over 110,000 ounces.

The plant will leave the Como Engineers workshop in early 2026 enroute to Brazil after having been pre assembled, pre commissioned and then repacked into sea containers.

While Como Engineers modular gold elution plants have been supplied across the globe, Cuiú Cuiú is the first complete gold elution plant exported to South America.
