Round Oak Minerals is an Australian base and precious metals mining company wholly-owned by diversified investment house Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co Ltd.

The Company operates underground mines in north-west Queensland (copper and gold) and near Leonora in Western Australia (zinc and copper). The Company also has an advanced underground copper-zinc project in north-eastern Victoria as well as significant exploration holdings.

Como Engineers have worked with Round Oak (and operations now owned by the company) since 2010.  These include Jaguar and the Great Australia Mine.
