Support, Structure and Service

When the VDM Group listed on the Australian stock exchange in 2006 it created a unique one-stop shop service, based on a diverse range of engineering talents and independent team thinking under a public company umbrella.

Today, the VDM team comprises more than 1,200 planning, engineering, project management, contracting and construction professionals delivering first class services across three divisions, Consulting, Construction and Resources & Infrastructure.

The Australian resources boom in Western Australia and Queensland underpins a lot of what VDM does, but the experience gained in these sectors has given the Group unmatched skills in the commercial, industrial, resources and infrastructure sectors throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Core teams of the various disciplines are located in offices throughout Western Australia and Queensland and in New South Wales, Victoria, the Northern Territory, Hanoi - Vietnam, Dubai - United Arab Emirates and Mumbai – India.

VDM Group acquisitions were companies which were already profitable, far sighted, adventurous and respected. Most had more than 25 years or more experience. This represents a resourceful talent pool, unmatched by competitors.

Each of the divisions maintains and enhances regional strengths and profitability, but through the resources of the wider Group, are able to tap into greater resources to suit any size project in any location.

VDM Group is a multi-disciplined civil and structural engineering, project management, construction and contracting group. Our 'concept to completion' formula works; we conceptualise, we design, we consult, we project manage, we construct, we take responsibility from the beginning of the project process to final sign off and commissioning. This is an advanced, innovative business model that our client base has enthusiastically embraced.
