  About Us
 About Us

Como Engineers Pty Ltd was established in 1986 to provide engineering services and specialist products to the Mining and Resource Industry.

We are a member of the ASX listed VDM Group of Companies, having been seamlessly incorporated into VDM in July 2007. Whilst we continue to operate independently we now have access to a vastly larger level of resources within the VDM Group to the benefit of our Clients. Our core focus is to provide engineering services and specialist products to the Mining and Resource sector with a strong focus on metallurgy, mechanical engineering and materials handling both in Australia and abroad.

Como Engineers employs a team of experienced metallurgists, engineers and draftspeople which enables us to offer a complete process and engineering service. From metallurgical testing through to scoping and definitive feasibility studies as well as detailed engineering design to project construction and commissioning.

We specialise in cost effective solutions utilising new, refurbished and relocated equipment in our plant designs. Where possible, Como Engineers likes to offer design and construct projects at a fixed, lump-sum price, thereby removing a large portion of the project risk from the client.

Our strategic partnerships with Bateman Engineering Technologies and Calibre Global have added further scope and expertise whilst our managers in Jakarta, Melbourne and Queensland are available to better support our clients

 Modular Stripping Pants

Como Engineers specialises in building modular containerised; gold desorption, carbon reactivation and gold refining plants.

Our customers get a fully designed stripping circuit, tailored for their specific needs with engineering, design, fabrication and construction right through to fully commissioning your unit, here in Perth, before we ship to your project anywhere in the world.

 Dangerous Goods

Processing plant and equipment is more than just an accumulation of components, and the effect the Dangerous Goods Regulations can have on these designs is not to be underestimated.

Como Engineers have the knowledge and resources to ensure your project is in compliance with the Dangerous Goods Legislation and Regulations. With credited in-house assessors we can assist you by, compiling the necessary information, conduct the appropriate examinations and endorse your dangerous goods storage and processing proposals.
